Algorithmic trading is one of the core functionalities of the Cryptorobotics platform. It enables traders to automate their strategies, remove emotional decision-making, and maintain uninterrupted operation in the 24/7 crypto market. The platform provides a range of ready-to-use automated trading bots, each built around a structured, predefined trading logic. Users do not need programming skills: strategies are configured entirely through the interface.
What Is Algorithmic Trading?
Algorithmic Trading (Algo Trading) is the process of using automated systems—trading bots—to execute buy and sell orders based on predefined rules. These rules can be tied to technical indicators, price changes, volatility, or other objective parameters.
Key Principles of Algo Trading
- Automation: Bots monitor the market and execute trades automatically.
- Consistency: Trading follows a strict strategy without emotional influence.
- Speed: Bots react to market changes faster than manual traders.
- Round-the-clock operation: Bots work 24/7, which is essential for crypto markets.
How Algorithmic Trading Works on CryptoRobotics
The logic is built into each bot: the user selects a bot, configures its parameters, and launches it. The system handles the rest.
1. Select and Configure a Bot
Choose a bot from the list of available automated tools. Each bot has its own logic—trend-following, volatility-based, or structured trading sequences.
2. Set Key Strategy Parameters
Typical configuration options include:
- Trading pair (e.g., BTC/USDT)
- Capital allocation
- Rules for entering and exiting trades
- Stop-loss and take-profit levels
- Risk management settings
3. Launch and Monitor
After activation, the bot opens and closes trades autonomously. The user tracks:
- current positions
- profit/loss
- trade history
- bot performance metrics
4. Adjust and Optimize
Strategies can be paused, reconfigured, and relaunched based on performance and market conditions.
Platform Tools: Automation & Manual Trading
CryptoRobotics includes four key trading modules. Each can be used together with algorithmic trading.
Bots
Fully automated tools that work according to predefined strategies. Users select a bot, configure parameters, and let it trade autonomously.
Signal Bots
Bots that execute trades based on external or internal signal providers. The trader subscribes to a signal stream, and the bot opens/closes trades automatically based on those signals.
Signals
Trading recommendations generated by analysts or automated systems. They include direction, entry price, stop-loss, and take-profit. Traders can use them manually or pair them with Signal Bots for automation.
Smart Trading
A professional manual trading module with:
- market and limit orders
- take-profit and stop-loss
- trailing functions
- ladder smart orders
- partial exits
This tool is ideal for users who want precision control in combination with automated bots.
